NUSA DUA, Indonesia, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Indonesia's strategy to raise the obligatory palm oil content of biodiesel to 40% next year from 35% will need extra feedstock supply of around 3 million metric tons, a senior Indonesia Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) authorities stated on Friday.
Indonesia's unrefined palm oil output is seen at 48 million metric heaps in 2024, down 4% from last year, but is expected to rise to 50 million in 2025, GAPKI board of advisers member told the Indonesia Palm Oil Conference in Bali. (Reporting by Bernadette Chrisina Munthe Writing by Fransiska Nangoy
